RULES

Applications will only be accepted online, along with payment, at lelandchamber.com/wildlife.

10’x10’ vendor space without electricity is $150. This fee guarantees a booth space at the festival with 1 table, 1 tablecloth, and 2 chairs.


10’ x 10’ vendor space requiring electricity is $250. This fee guarantees a booth space at the festival with 1 table, 1 tablecloth, and 2 chairs.


10’ x 10’ vendor space not requiring electricity for nonprofit agencies is $100 and guarantees a booth space with 1 table, 1 tablecloth, and 2 chairs. You must submit proof of 501 C 3 determination by the IRS to select this option.


If you require more space than allowed, please purchase two vendor spaces.

Spaces will be assigned by the festival committee on a first come first serve basis.

Vendors are required to maintain a clean, safe, and professional booth space.

Assigned spaces are final.


Vendor set up for Friday, May 2 is 12:00 pm. The festival opens at 3:00 pm and closes at 10:00 pm.

Vendor set up for Saturday, May 3 is 7:00 am. The festival closes at 8:00 pm

Booths must be set up by designated time and all vehicles/trailers/set-up equipment removed from the area. 


Vendors must remain in their designated location until the end of the festival.

Exhibitors will assume full responsibility for displays, sales, and care of their items. 

Booths must be left clean of any trash.


No unauthorized vendors or solicitations will be allowed. Violators or anyone who fails to abide by these rules will be removed from the festival and not allowed to return or participate in the future.


Deadline for application submission and payment is April 25, 2025, by 5:00 pm.

Sales tax will be collected by Festival staff prior to closing Friday and Saturday nights.


An application does not guarantee a booth space. If your application is not accepted, you will be notified, and your money returned.
